COVID-19 Protocol

In response to COVID-19, we are taking every responsible precaution to protect the safety of our patients and our staff.  We are currently requiring face masks, temperature checks upon check in, and will ask for completion of a health screen questionnaire at every visit. All new patients are required to complete an informed consent regarding any risks associated with COVID-19.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time.
